"While on vacation in another country I had multiple missed calls (several daily) stating they needed to complete a survey while in the area and that I had no trespassing signs on my property. Took my kid on Spring break to come back to multiple voicemails repeatedly saying how I have to let them on my property that it’s in my policy and on and on…

I pay all my auto policies 6 months in advance so I decided when all the autos and homeowners polices expired I would make the switch. I called and informed them I wouldn’t be renewing the auto policies and that I also wouldn’t be renewing the homeowner policy when it expired. She stated I was given a 35% discount with the auto so my homeowners policy when Renewed would be considerably higher. I again informed I wouldn’t be renewing and when the current policy that was already paid expired I would no longer be using them. I asked when the current policy expired and was told July 26th. Here we are July 9th Now coming close to renewal, I’ve seen my new insurance hit my escrow and also an attempt of State Farm to hit my escrow with and New increased payment of almost $2,000 higher than the previous policy. I’ve informed them more than 3 times I would NOT be renewing with them!

Shortly after this I get notification on my home security system that someone is in my front yard. Look at the cameras and there’s a guy trying to take pictures slanted inside my front bay window. Walks out into my yard takes pictures of the front of my house. I had to tell him multiple times through the exterior security Cameras on my home to get off my property. No call, no announcements, and even after I told them I would not use them any longer it all fell on deaf ears.

STATE FARM sent someone to my house, drove through my gates on my property and had the audacity to attempt to take a photo inside my windows after I made it clear to them don’t come on my property! I had already switched insurance providers and no longer wanted/needed their services."
